This Google sheets template is only 1 Tab! Yes, you only have to enter your details in one tab. An example tab is included, so you see what it looks like after it's filled. I've copied the tab for all the months. You don't have to use them all, simply delete the get more info ones you don't need. Because it's easier to delete than to add.
